Your service request will be automatically resynced to complete your order with a new FixlersPro, or canceled at your request. We will also place a penalty on the FixlersPro. Any FixlersPro with 3 no-show reports is removed from our platform.
A little traffic can happen to anyone. FixlersPro’s may show up to 15 minutes after your scheduled time or reach out to you via the Fixlers chat to coordinate any delays. If a FixlersPro did not show up or contact you after 15 minutes, use the in-app chat to report the issue and receive immediate assistance during regular business hours. If your order included priority delivery, you will receive a full refund for your extra costs.

When creating your service request, please include as many details as possible to customize your order. You can also send pictures, videos, or links to show your FixlersPro any requirements and/or preferences. It’s free to cancel anytime up to 12 hours before your service appointment. You will still be able to cancel at an additional fee within 12 hours of your scheduled service time.
Fixlers uses your ratings to personalize your service and FixlersPro experience. Remember to rate and review your FixlersPro after every job to let us know how it went—and make Fixlers work better for you. We’ll ask you about Rating and tipping a FixlersPro’s quality of work, customer service, and overall satisfaction. After rating, you can also add a tip and/or comments to show appreciation for a great job.
Looking for a specific service that’s not in the Fixlers system? You can create a manual request with your service details or order a service provider on a hourly basis to get the job done. Yes, we offer a 48-hour warranty on any services performed by a FixlersPro, including repairs, installs, and more. If something goes wrong within 48-hours of your project - we’ll take care of it 100% on us (unless otherwise specified).

If you anticipate being late for a service call, promptly notify your client via the in-app chat system and reschedule if necessary. Open and timely communication is critical in such cases. In the event that you are unable to arrive at the designated location or establish contact within 15 minutes of the scheduled service call, the assignment will be canceled/assigned to the next FixlersPro, and a penalty will be applied. Please note that two no-shows within a month will result in the permanent termination of your FixlersPro account.

We value professionalism and reliability, and consistent no-show incidents may lead to further actions, including temporary suspension or permanent termination of your FixlersPro account. Your account will automatically be frozen indefinitely for two no-shows per month.

If a client expresses dissatisfaction with your work, take the opportunity to understand their concerns and make efforts to improve the finished project. In case you need guidance or believe the client is at fault, do not hesitate to contact Fixlers immediately through chat, phone, or email, and we'll assist in finding the best resolution. But don’t forget, the only person that can ultimately assist in resolving the matter in most situations, is yourself!
Unfortunately, if you miss a service call and the job is reassigned to another FixlersPro, you will not receive compensation for the missed assignment. To ensure fairness for our clients and fellow FixlersPros, we request all professionals to honor their commitments and communicate promptly in case of any delays or changes to the scheduled service.

You can browse and choose suitable job opportunities that align with your expertise and availability through the Fixlers Vendor app. Additionally, you will need to specify the preferred day, date, and time that you can commit to completing the job, as well as a labor and material estimate for customer quote requests.
FixlersPros can connect with clients via our in-app chat system for job discussions, including sharing updates, media, and notes. Remember, communicating or sharing personal contact info outside the app is prohibited and may lead to non-payment, loss of Fixlers guarantee, or account suspension and termination.
FixlersPros receive weekly payments securely via direct deposit. Just add your bank details to the Fixlers Vendor app to receive your earnings. Payments are processed every Monday, and your earnings from the previous week's jobs (Sunday to Saturday) will be transferred to your bank account overnight and visible in your account on Tuesday. This ensures a steady and punctual flow of payment for your hard work and services.
Jobs are paid weekly. This means that jobs completed from Sunday to Saturday are paid on the following Monday. Payments are made via bank transfer and will reflect in your account on Tuesday (the next day).
